Shipping policy
We roast to order and ship Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays. Our regular business hours are 9am-4pm CT, Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 4pm CT will roast and ship the next business day.
SPECIAL SHIPPING SCHEDULES
Blue Label coffees roast on Mondays and Thursdays only. Order by 4pm CT on Sunday or Wednesday to be included in the next day's roast. If you order other items with a Blue Label coffee, your entire order will roast and ship together unless you request otherwise in the Order Notes section of your shopping cart. Roaster's Choice Subscriptions roast and ship on the first Tuesday of each month.
USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE SHIPPING
Orders consisting of a single 4oz, 8oz, or 10oz bag of coffee are eligible for $3 Ground Advantage shipping via USPS. Customers may also choose to upgrade to $5 Flat Rate Shipping for faster delivery via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx One Rate.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
For coffee orders under $50, we offer $5 flat rate shipping via FedEx One Rate, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. If you have a P.O. Box or military address, we will ship via Priority Mail. Transit time is 2-3 days to most parts of the US, but is not guaranteed.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders of roasted coffee valued at $50 or more are eligible for free ground shipping within the continental U.S. If you have a P.O. Box or military address, we will ship via Priority Mail. We reserve the right to charge shipping for any merchandise, brew gear, or other non-coffee items. Cannot be combined with other discount offers.
BREW GEAR
Due to weight/dimension restrictions, domestic orders containing brew gear will incur a flat $5 shipping charge.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.
$5 Flat Rate shipping for orders up to 10lbs. Orders over 10lbs ship free!
LOST PACKAGES
If a roasted coffee shipment is lost or still in transit (according to the carrier's tracking information) 14 days after the shipment date, please alert us. We will file a claim with the carrier and either refund or replace your order.
